Care Centrals’complete training program is aimed at developing a conceptual framework to help its employees improve their level of training and qualification thus generating a sense of belonging, team work and job satisfaction as well as accommodating an employee who is more devoted to practicing the fundamental elements put across during training. The management of Care Central Limited has planned an educational strategy that will see each member of staff go through “Rigid” Induction Training, Shadow Training, Job Specific Training, Supervision, Refresher Training and Appraisals throughout their employment.
